An order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation. We accept e-Transfer and major payment methods; a processing fee may apply to card and PayPal payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders or with a valid shipping code.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Track it anytime on our Order Tracking page.
- Local pickup is available at selected locations; choose "Pickup" at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom-cut or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
