How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal, as well as Email (Interac) Transfer. We strongly encourage E-Transfer. It lets us avoid the 3.25% card processing fee and keeps your pricing lower.
Why do you recommend E-Transfer?
Card and PayPal payments add a 3.25% processing fee. Choosing Email Transfer avoids that fee entirely, which helps us keep prices competitive against the big-box stores, and we pass that saving on to you.
Can I get a custom quote for a large project?

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States, with our primary hubs serving Toronto, Vancouver and major US metros. International shipping is available on request for larger orders.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 2 to 4 business days, with delivery typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Custom and large-volume orders may take longer; your confirmation will include an estimate.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Select "Pickup" at checkout to see the nearest pickup location based on your area. You will receive pickup details on your order confirmation.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity and destination. Tax and shipping rates are shown before you confirm your order.

Can I install the panels myself?
Many of our panels are designed for DIY installation with standard tools. Our step-by-step installation guides walk you through surface prep, adhesive and panel placement. For complex or large façades, we recommend a professional.
What adhesive do you recommend?
Each collection has a recommended adhesive listed in its installation manual on the Resource page. Using the specified adhesive is important for warranty coverage and long-term performance.
Do you provide installation guides?
Yes, downloadable installation manuals, data sheets and brochures are all available on the Resource page, and can be opened directly in your browser.
Can you connect me with a local contractor?

Warranty Questions
What is your return policy?
Unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-cut or special-order items may be non-returnable. This is noted on the product page.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our panels carry a manufacturer warranty covering material defects; the term varies by collection and is listed on each data sheet. Proper installation with the specified materials is required for coverage.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement right away.
